Beginning in 2019 ASCM will offer a variety of learning formats for topics that are top-of-mind in supply chain. These emerging topics will be presented by experts within the field, including:
Anthony Zampello, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP
Anthony Zampello has held senior supply chain management positions for more than 30 years in many industries, holding positions with Engelhard, Hasbro and Swarovski among others, as well as has been successfully designing and implementing S&OP and other initiatives through his consulting practice for over 14 years. In collaboration with APICS, Tony has led the content development efforts for the APICS S&OP Education Certificate. This content provides a comprehensive, forward-looking program that will prepare attendees to collaboratively participate in the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, allowing them to demonstrate your commitment to and understanding of the principles and functions of sales and operations planning.

Gregory Schlegel served as a supply chain executive for over 30 years, teaches Enterprise Risk Management at Lehigh University and Villanova University, and is the founder of the Supply Chain Risk Management Consortium. This content provides a comprehensive, forward-looking program to prepare individuals to participate in the development of a global risk mitigation strategy, allowing them to demonstrate their commitment to protecting employers from supply chain risk and effectively balancing rewards and risks in the decision-making process.
Brian David Johnson
As a futurist Brian David Johnson works with organizations on the process of Futurecasting; Threatcasting is a conceptual framework used to envision scenarios as part of the Futurecasting exercise that enables systematic planning against threats ten years in the future. In collaboration with ASCM, Brian David Johnson presents a suite of online and in-person content that provides a comprehensive review of the principles and functions of Threatcasting, with exercises to apply the process broadly and then how it can be applied specifically to the challenges found across the extended supply chain.
