Digital Capabilities Model (DCM) for Supply Networks

Digital capabilities are disrupting the traditional supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model and driving more complex and tightly integrated supply networks. In response to this rapidly evolving landscape, Deloitte Consulting and ASCM released version one of the Digital Capabilities Model for Supply Networks. Watch the recorded webinar to learn how this new reference model can benefit your organization.

What is DCM?

The objective of the Digital Capabilities Model for Supply Networks is intended to provide the supply chain profession a reference model to guide the development of digital supply networks. The model is designed in a relational manner to help supply chain professionals envision and then build digitally-enabled capabilities required to transform their linear supply chains into a set of dynamic networks.

For companies that have adopted SCOR, each DCM capability is mapped to relevant elements in the SCOR Digital Standard. This compatibility enables immediate application without having to redo process, metrics or practices
